[Ku]jenga! Timber for Housing LFA 2023 entry
AS Architects submitted a challenging scheme for an eco home pavilion for 10 people inspired by the game of “Jenga!” for the LFA London Festival of Architecture 2023 competition for the site near St. Paul’s Cathedral. Our entry highlighted the need to address and satisfy the great demand of housing in the English capital for young people and first buyers including single mothers with residences made of modular timber housing units.

The Nine Rivers footbridge
Our design for the Nine Rivers Bridge Timber Footbridge (150m) in Jiaxing near Shanghai has been shortlisted among the winners of the competition!

Design entry for the Urban Confluence Silicon Valley International Competition

AS Studios imagined an Urban landmark structure of recycled steel that would serve the culturally diverse community of San Jose as a huge urban air filter to improve the air quality of the city. The structure would be located next to the main Highway and would create minimal carbon footprint. 99% of the green space of the park would remain untouched.
Lights of Hope

AS Studios haben ein Projektstudie für ein Mahnmal für die Opfer des Wiener Terroranschlags am 2. November 2020 entwickelt. 27 Stäbe sind wie Bruchstücke in spiralenförmiger Form angeordnet und steigen zur Mitte des Platzes hin an. Die Lichstäbe erinnern an die Opfer des Anschlags bei dem 4 Menschen starben und 23 Menschen zum Teil schwer verletzt wurden.
